Babies Can't Wait (BCW) is Georgia's statewide service system for infants and toddlers (newborn to 3 years old) with developmental delays or disabilities. Early intervention builds on and provides support and resources to assist family members and caregivers to enhance children's learning and development through everyday learning opportunities.
